A pressure cooker is that familiar name in every household without which it is perhaps not possible for the homemakers to prepare and serve food. It is mainly for cooking rice and some other similar dishes; a pressure cooker is widely used. It is not so that cooking rice is not possible in a saucepan or in any other utensil but still the immediacy and great cooking that is promised by a cooker, hardly matches anything else. (more…)
